Arrive 45–60 minutes early to allow for parking and security screening. Business casual attire is encouraged.
Early Arrival & ATTIRE

Comfortable for mingling and photos. Bring a light layer for venue cooling or patio weather.
Less is best - Leave non essentials in the car
No ballons, gifts, flowers etc are permitted in the ceremony.
Snap & Tag
Take lots of photos! Please tag the family if you share your favorite moments on social media.
No phones OR photos
Silence all ringers and refrain from taking photos. A professional photographer will capture each student's diploma photo and share it after the ceremony.
Dining & beverages
A buffet style meal will conclude with dessert table of cake and an assortment of cookies & brownies.
Adult beverages are available for purchase at the bar
